Why is the library free instead of gated behind an email?
Because it's the advertisement, not the funnel. Gating it trades trust for an email address, and the operators in this space whose free tier actually converts keep it open and sharp instead of walling it off. You install something and judge us by whether it worked — that's the pitch.
Why does the library stay small instead of growing into a dump of skills?
Because the evidence points the other way. Free rooms with a handful of sharp modules convert far better than the ones with hundreds — one operator we looked at has 433,000 free members and 89% of them never get past the first page. We'd rather every skill in here be something we actually ran on paid client work than pad a count nobody reads past.
What am I not getting from the free workshop yet?
Mainly a registration page and a reminder sequence. Seven sessions are fully scripted and ready to run, but claiming a seat today means emailing us — it's manual on our side, not yours. The session itself is the full ninety minutes, live, recorded, nothing cut.
Is The Loop really free with nothing hidden inside it?
Yes. The only rule is no file, no send — if we didn't ship anything for a client worth showing that week, you get nothing instead of filler. That rule is also why it hasn't started yet: twenty issues are drafted and none have gone out, because we're holding every one of them to that bar before we turn it on.

No. We are an independent consultancy and education brand. Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. We hold no Anthropic credential today and we will never claim one we do not hold — if that changes you will be able to check the badge yourself.
